2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties under the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service, the qualifications and sale price of which are specified, ordered electronically by the Buyer on the website www.lumuni.shop.

4. DATE OF AGREEMENT

This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.

 

5. DELIVERY

• The product(s) will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.

• Delivery time varies depending on distance, typically within 1–10 business days.

• Delivery is made via courier companies.

• The shipping fee will be stated to the Buyer at the time of the order.

 

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

• A clear statement by e-mail within this period is sufficient to exercise the right of withdrawal.

• In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned unused, complete, and in its original packaging, including the invoice, box, and all accessories.

• Unless otherwise stated, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer.

• Products prepared specifically for the customer, items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings), and perishable items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

 

7. PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Payments are processed securely via the Iyzico infrastructure.

• All payment data is protected by SSL certificates and encryption systems.

• Orders are only processed once the payment is successfully completed.

 

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• The Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed about the basic characteristics of the product(s), the total price including taxes, the method of payment, and delivery conditions before the conclusion of this contract, and confirms these details.

• The pre-information form and invoice presented on the website are integral parts of this contract.

• In case the Seller is unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, transportation disruptions, etc.), the Seller shall inform the Buyer and may cancel the order.

 

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in their residential area.
The monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Commerce shall apply.

 

10. ENFORCEMENT

This agreement becomes valid and enforceable once it has been read and electronically accepted by the Buyer.
